Purpose
To create an organization that will offer local landlords the opportunity to successfully deal with rental problems.
To help establish a city/landlord partnership that would be a part of, and contribute to, the creation of new ideas and solutions for local housing issues. This would be a group that would work with all city departments for the mutual benefit of its citizens.
To create educational opportunities for all members in our area and to hold scheduled meetings to explain proper rental procedures and promote excellence in property management.

Formally incorporated in 1936, The Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana is a nonprofit membership organization that serves as the collective voice of the regional business community.
To serve its nearly 1,500 members and create a stronger regional economy, the Chamber proudly hosts dynamic programs and services including, the Southwest Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC), Tri-State Manufacturers’ Alliance (TSMA), and Young Professionals Network (YPN).
